What is the capacity of your bus(s)
We have busses ranging from 15 person capacity up to 40 person capacity. When making your reservation, please be sure to specify your group size so that we can reserve the correct bus for your event.
Where does the bus go?
Our guests can choose their destinations and coordinate as many stops as they like. The number of stops your group decides to make does not impact the cost of your reservation.
How do I make a reservation?
Our clients have three options to make a reservation. The first and easiest is to secure your reservation on our website using our booking software. The second option is you can call us directly and we can take your reservation over the phone. The third option is that you can request a quote through our website. From there, you will be prompted to complete our contract. To accept any reservation without full payment upfront, a signed contract and $100 down payment are required.
What types of payments do you accept?
For online payments, credit cards are required. For phone reservations, credit cards, cash or check is acceptable.
What is your service area?
At Wisco Wheeler, LLC we serve all of Northeast Wisconsin. Our primary service area is Door County to Fond Du Lac and Manitowoc to Stevens Point. That includes Appleton, De Pere, Oshkosh, Omro, Freedom and just about anywhere else in this 90-mile region. However, we are happy to take reservations for trips to destinations outside that area. Please call to ensure we can serve your group.
What additional fees do you charge?
We keep it simple! We charge a flat hourly rate plus tax. However, we do charge a small travel fee if your pickup and or drop-off location is more than 25 miles or more outside of Downtown Appleton. If your pickup location is beyond 25 miles from Downtown Appleton, please call as this fee can fluctuate based on the cost of gas.
Is a down payment required?
Yes, we ask for a minimum of $100 down and a signed contract to reserve your date.
If I have to cancel, can I get my money back?
If your cancelation is more than 72 hours in advance, you can either reschedule or receive 100% of your money back. Any type of no-show will no receive their money back. No exceptions will be made for no-show reservations.
How late does Wisco Wheeler stay out?
For the safety of our drivers and our clients, our busses stay out no later than 2 am. However, we are happy to make exceptions so long as it was planned in advance.
